Richard E. Fee, who serves as lead trial counsel for IP Enforcement Law Group, is Board Certified by The Florida Bar as an expert in the field of Intellectual Property Law and has over 20-years’ experience litigating intellectual property infringement cases.  He has repeatedly been recognized by Florida Trend Magazine as one of Florida’s Legal Elite® and has been chosen as one of  Florida’s SuperLawers® every year since 2009. Our entire team is attentive, responsive, and efficient.






Catherine F. Yant is an associate at IP Enforcement Law Group, P.A., practicing intellectual property litigation.

Catherine, a Tampa native, graduated from Florida State University with her Bachelor of Arts in History and minor in Education and received her law degree in 2013 from Stetson University College of Law.  In law school, Catherine was awarded the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award and the Florida Constitutional Law Award for demonstrating excellence in the area of Florida Constitutional Law, as demonstrated both inside and outside the classroom.

Catherine is admitted to practice in Florida.  She is a member of The Florida Bar and the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
